Before Your Appointment
To help your lashes last longer and look their best:
24 Hours Before:
đźš« Avoid oil-based products and waterproof mascara around the eye area.
đźš« Do not curl your lashes.
đźš Avoid caffeine right before your appointment (it may cause eye fluttering).
Day of Appointment:
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes-no mascara, eyeliner, or oily residue.
- Avoid wearing contact lenses during the appointment (bring glasses if needed).
- Wear comfortable clothing; you'll be lying down for 1-2 hours.
- Please silence your phone for a relaxing experience.

- If you have any medical conditions or are taking prescribed medications, please consult with your physician and inform your artist before booking.
- Appointments may need to be rescheduled if pre-care is not followed.
Aftercare Instructions at BareLUXE Beauty, proper aftercare is the key to beautiful, long-lasting results. Please follow these instructions carefully after your Permanent Makeup (PMU) or Eyelash Extension appointment.

First 24 Hours:

đźš« Do not touch, rub, or sleep on your lashes.
Ongoing Care:
âś… Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser.
âś… Brush gently with a clean spoolie to keep them fluffy.
đźš« Avoid oil-based products, waterproof mascara, and lash curlers.
đźš« Do not pull or pick at your extensions.
âś… Schedule regular fills every 2-3 weeks for best results.

- Healing and retention vary per client-following aftercare is essential.
- Failure to follow these instructions may affect your results.
- If you notice unusual swelling, redness, or discomfort, contact your artist immediately.
Are You a Good Candidate for Eyelash Extensions?
Pre-Screen Yourself Before Booking
Permanent eyelash extensions are not suitable for everyone. Please review the following questions honestly to determine if you are a good candidate:

Health & Medical
- Do you currently have any eye infections, styes, or conjunctivitis?
- Do you have chronic dry eye, blepharitis, or other eye conditions?
- Are you allergic to adhesives, latex, or cyanoacrylate-based products?
- Are you currently experiencing seasonal allergies that affect your eyes?
- Have you had recent eye surgery or vision correction procedures within the last 6 months?
Lifestyle & Maintenance
- Are you comfortable avoiding oil-based skincare or makeup products around your eyes?
- Can you avoid rubbing, pulling, or picking at your lashes?
- Can you commit to regular fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness?
- Are you willing to sleep on your back or side to protect your lashes?
- Do you understand that you should avoid steam, saunas, swimming, and heavy sweating for 24 hours after application?
Expectations
- Do you understand that lash extensions are semi-permanent and will shed naturally with your lashes?
- Are you looking for enhancement of your natural lashes rather than a permanent replacement?
- Do you understand that proper aftercare is key to retention and lash health?
- Do you have realistic expectations about fullness, length, and maintenance?

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all clients reschedule or cancel their appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect everyone's time.
⏰ Late Arrivals
Please call or text if you are running late.
Arriving late will shorten the time available for your service.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may have their appointment cancelled and forfeit their deposit
❌ Cancellations & No-Shows
Deposits are non-refundable. However, they may be applied toward a one-time reschedule if canceled 48+ hours before the appointment.
Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will result in the loss of deposit/pre-payment.
If no deposit was collected, a last-minute cancellation fee of $25 / $50 / $100 (based on service) will be charged upon rebooking.
No-call / no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
